Attendees will learn:

  1. The tax consequences of tangible personal property donations
  2. The weird rules and history of coin donations
  3. The weird rules and history of vehicle donations (including a recent case study)
  4. The complexities of collectible donations
  5. The key questions to ask donors/clients
  6. The math of why receiving a fair market deduction isn’t the best fit for many donors
